Right of Cancellation for Consumers<\/b><\/p>\n

(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.)<\/p>\n

Right of Cancellation<\/b><\/p>\n

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day

\u2013 on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.<\/p>\n

Consequences of Cancellation<\/b><\/p>\n

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.<\/p>\n

Exclusion and\/or Expiry Reasons<\/b><\/p>\n

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts:
\u2013 for the delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs;
\u2013 for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
\u2013 for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.<\/p>\n
