Keeping the luggage area presentable starts with a product selected for the correct vehicle. This trunk mat is intended for everyday interior care, with a removable surface that can be checked and cleaned between journeys. For longer journeys in Tesla Model 3, inspect the luggage area while planning the load. Clean equipment and careful packing remain useful even when a trunk mat is fitted.

This application is listed for Tesla Model 3 2017-2023 (3 Pieces). Match the vehicle designation and the stated 2017-2023 production range before ordering. The title specifies three pieces. Follow the supplied layout for all three sections instead of treating the product as a single universal covering.

For everyday use around Switzerland, make the trunk check part of unloading. Remove damp items, clear loose particles and let the area air out when necessary. Keeping the carpet below dry matters just as much as maintaining the visible mat surface.

The 5D designation identifies the product range in this listing. This luggage-area product should be selected against its own application, rather than assuming the same construction or coverage as passenger-footwell mats. Use the care guidance supplied with the product and check the surface regularly. For a manageable care routine, unload the trunk first, lift out the mat and clear collected grit. Treat stubborn marks gently with a soft sponge and appropriate cleaning products. Do not assume a stronger chemical gives a better result. Check that both the trunk carpet and the mat are dry before installation.

Before installation, remove debris from beneath the existing covering and inspect the trunk floor. Position the new mat without overlapping loose mats, check the edges and confirm that the tailgate closes normally. Any change to a movable floor or rear-seat arrangement calls for another positioning check.

A trunk mat is a covering, not a luggage restraint or pet restraint. Secure loose items using suitable vehicle equipment and do not rely on surface texture to hold them in place. Keep heavy or sharp items from pressing unnecessarily against the covering.
