I. General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
§ 1 Basic Provisions
(1) A consumer within the meaning of the following regulations is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
(2) An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their independent professional or commercial activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
(1) The object of the contract is the sale of goods.
(2) By placing the respective product on our website, we are already submitting a binding offer to you to conclude a contract under the conditions specified in the item description.
(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:
– The goods intended for purchase are placed in the “shopping cart”.
– You can access the “shopping cart” via the corresponding button in the navigation bar and make changes there at any time.
– After accessing the “Checkout” page and entering your personal data as well as the payment and shipping conditions, all order data will be displayed to you again on the order overview page.
– Before submitting the order, you have the option of checking and changing all information again.
– By submitting the order via the “Buy Now” button, you are submitting a legally binding offer.
(4) The processing of the order and transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract takes place automatically by email.
§ 3 Right of Retention, Reservation of Title
(1) You can only exercise a right of retention if it concerns claims from the same contractual relationship.
(2) The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.
§ 4 Warranty
(1) The statutory warranty rights under Swiss law of obligations apply.
(2) As a consumer, you are requested to check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage and to notify us of complaints as quickly as possible.
§ 5 Choice of Law and Place of Jurisdiction
(1) Swiss law applies exclusively.
(2) The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
(3) The provisions of the UN Sales Convention expressly do not apply.
§ 6 Right of Return (voluntary)
(1) We voluntarily grant you a 14-day right of return. You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
(2) The return costs are borne by the buyer.
(3) To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods in good time.

Delivery is exclusively within Switzerland.
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer.
The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to the customer upon handover of the goods.
