5D floor mats for the BMW X5 (F15/F85)
These 5D floor mats for BMW X5 (F15/F85) are developed for the 2013-2018 model range stated in the product title. This vehicle-specific set is shaped around the main contours of the footwells rather than relying on a universal flat outline. Its extended profile covers the central floor area and selected side sections, creating a coordinated look while reducing direct exposure of the original carpet.
Rainwater, fine road grit, small stones and winter residue can quickly collect in a vehicle used throughout Switzerland. The raised design helps keep this everyday debris within the covered area, so routine cabin cleaning is easier after commuting, family trips or longer journeys. Always compare the vehicle designation, chassis code and production years with your registration documents before ordering.
Layered protection with a refined finish
A smooth faux-leather-style surface gives the set a premium but restrained finish. The supporting layers underneath help maintain the contoured form, and the underside is designed to reduce unwanted movement when the mats are correctly installed and the available fixing points are used.
The raised surrounding areas are designed to help retain moisture and loose dirt within the mat area. The black finish remains discreet in the cabin, while the reinforced driver’s contact zone supports the section exposed to the most regular use. Drivers comparing another construction can also explore our 3D floor mats.
Simple care in changing Swiss weather
Regular vacuuming prevents sand and small stones from remaining on the surface. Use a damp cloth for everyday marks and rinse the removed mats when heavier dirt has accumulated. Avoid reinstalling them while damp, as moisture should not be trapped against the vehicle floor.
Promptly remove collected water, snow residue and road salt rather than allowing it to remain for long periods. Gentle, regular care preserves the appearance of the surface and helps keep the passenger compartment presentable through wet winters, rainy transitional seasons and dusty summer journeys.
Correct installation and complementary protection
Fit the set only on a clean vehicle floor. Identify the correct position for each section, press the contours into place and verify that no edge can interfere with the pedals or controls. Recheck the driver’s mat after the first journeys and whenever it has been removed for cleaning. Follow our installation instructions for the essential fitting and safety checks.
More vehicle-specific applications are available in the 5D floor mats collection. If the luggage area also needs protection, browse our trunk mat range or compare the available floor and trunk mat sets.
